Steps to Change the Admin Startup Page in Magento 2:

1. Login to Magento 2 admin panel
2. Go to Stores > Configuration
3. Under Advanced, select Admin
4. Expand Startup Page
5. Select the desired page from the dropdown menu.
6. Save the configuration
