How to Configure Customer Account Scope in Magento 2
Magento 2 facilitates multiple websites within one Magento installation.
In such a case, the merchant can restrict or allow customers to use the same customer account information for all the websites or the customer has to create another account as he/she will not be able to access other websites with the same account credentials.
Therefore, to configure customer account scope means to share customer account information to multiple websites or not.
