How do I identify if my Worldpay account is Secure Acceptance Hosted Checkout or Business?
Worldpay Online account holders can log into their accounts through https://worldpay.ubc.cybersource.com/ebc2/, while Worldpay Business account holders can log into their accounts through https://secure.worldpay.com/sso/public/auth/login.html. This way you can differentiate if your Worldpay account is online or business.
Worldpay Business Payment method is not working properly in my store, what should I do?
Ensure that you have followed all the installation and configuration steps properly as per the userguide. The payment method may not work properly in case you have skipped any of the installation steps.
