To avoid spammy refund requests, Google reCAPTCHA v3 is integrated with the extension to enable in the form. Also to comply with EU's GDPR, the admin can enable privacy policy text in the form to accept it before submitting the form.
The module is a time saver as it instantly notifies the admin after a new refund request is submitted! Moreover, the reason for the refund can be defined from the backend and customers have to select the appropriate reason prior to returning the products. Admin Can Add Refund Reasons

- Set custom privacy policy check box notice to show in the Magento 2 Refund Request form.
- The admin can select the privacy policy redirection page from:
- 404 Not Found

- Email notifications to customers on:
- Successful refund request submission
- Approval or disapproval of refund requests by the admin.
- Option to set admin Email ID and select Email sender.
- Option for selecting the template for:
- Refund request submission success for customers
- New refund request for the admin
- Refund request approval for the customers
- Refund request disapproval for the customers
- Apart from some of the mandatory form fields, the admin can select extra fields to show in the frontend.
- The admin can select one or multiple requests and approve or disapprove them from the "Manage Refund Requests" grid using the mass action. He can also add a new reason using the "Add New Reason" button.
- The admin has to enter the reason title and activate it to add a new reason to be allowed for the refund.
- On click of the refund request form from the top link section, customers can fill in order details, specify the reason for the refund, upload the product image to be returned, accept the privacy policy, and submit requests.
- Email notification to customers to acknowledge them about successful refund request submission.
- All the refund requests are stored in the backend grid "Manage Refund Requests" with details like increment ID, customer name, phone, Email, description, country, reasons, requested date, and status.
- Immediately after the admin approves or disapproves the refund requests, customers get refund request approval or disapproval email notifications.
- Easily handle refund requests and provide a better return experience to the customers.
