- Login to admin panel
- Go to Stores > Configuration
- Select Shipping Methods under Sales
- Expand Free Shipping
- Set Enabled to “Yes”
- Enter Title to identify the free shipping method at the checkout
- Enter Method name to describe the free shipping method
- Enter minimum order amount for free shipping
- Configure Displayed Error Message that is shown when the free shipping method is unavailable
- Ship to Applicable Countries – Allow customers from all the countries specified in the Configuration can avail free shipping
- Ship to Specific Countries – Select the countries where free shipping can be offered
- Set “no” in Show Method if Not Applicable if you want to show free shipping only when applicable.
- Enter sort order
- Save the configuration
Note: Make sure to enable free shipping in the carrier configuration that you are going to use.
