Magento 2 Sage Pay Integration – Meetanshi Extension Explained
Magento 2 Sage Pay Integration extension integrates Europe’s Sage Pay payment gateway with Magento 2 to enable safe online payments in the store.

The Magento 2 Sage Pay Integration extension offers two types of payment gateway integration: Sage Pay Form Payment and Sage Pay Direct Payment.
Configure Magento 2 Sage Pay Integration Extension by Meetanshi:

Magento 2 Sage Pay Form Payment
With this method, avoid collecting the card details in the Magento 2 store. The customer is redirected to the Sagepay hosted payment page, where the card details are captured and the payment is processed. Thus, a high level of security is ensured with the Sage Pay Form payment method.
Enable the Sage PayForm payment method and give the title to show in front end. If you want to test the module, enable the sandbox mode from the backend. Enter the vendor name and the form integration encryption password that was given at the registration. Enable the option to allow gift if required.
Set the value of address verification status/card verification status and the 3D secure according to the requirements. Add the additional information that you want to display on the checkout page. Enter the sort order.
Once configured, the Sage Pay payment method is displayed with additional information on the checkout page. On clicking the “Continue to Payment” button, the customer is redirected to the hosted payment page of Sage Pay.
The Sage Pay payment page has transaction details. The customer has to select the card type to proceed with payments.
The customer has to enter the card details and click on the proceed button.
Once the customer confirms the card details and clicks “Pay Now” button, payment is completed successfully.

For the admin to view the order details, navigate to Sales > Orders. The payment information such as credit card details, date and time, order status, transaction ID, etc. is displayed.
The module offers a feature to send the Order email to the customer with the details of billing, shipping, and the payment method. (SS 8)

Magento 2 Sage Pay Direct Payment
With this method, control the transactions in the store itself. Collect the order and card details and send the encrypted format to the payment gateway for security purpose.
Before proceeding to the configuration, you can refer the Magento 2 Sage Pay Direct Payment Configuration!
Enable the Sage Pay Direct payment extension from the backend and give the title for the payment method. Enable the option to display the sage pay logo on the checkout. Enable the sandbox mode for testing purpose.
To integrate the extension, enter the vendor name, integration key, and the integration password you got while registration. Select the action for the payment capture. Select the status for the new order placed through this method. Also, enter the vendor reference prefix string to recognize customers’ transaction. Enable the option to allow gift if required.
Moreover, select the credit card types and countries to accept payments. Enter the instruction text to be displayed on the checkout. Enter the minimum and maximum order total to allow using the payment method. Set the sort order
Once configured, the sage pay direct payment method is available on the checkout page with its logo. The customer has to enter the credit card details and click the “Place Order” button to proceed. The customer can see the additional instructions on the checkout that guides them to finish the payment. (SS 3)
