How to Change Magento 2 Store Email Addresses
E-commerce stores have different email IDs for different purposes. For easy identification, having multiple Emails IDs are useful and easily manageable.
For instance, there should be an email ID for customer care and another for general purpose. For some websites, even emergency contact details with priority support are offered.
The default Magento 2 offers three email IDs which you can leverage as per your requirements.
- General
- Sales
- Customer care
Each email address allows you to configure an automated email messages facility.
